Killer Chocolate Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS           

• 1 3/4 cups GF flour mix(Bette Hagman's)
• 1 3/4 cups sugar
• 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
• 3/4 cp unsweetened baking cocoa
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 teas. Vanilla
• 3/4 cup boiling water

Combine dry ingredients.  Mix all wet ingredients and add to dry.  Pour  into greased and floured pan.  Bake @ 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Note:  I use Oriental flours
